Entry-Level Recruiter (Contract)

Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across assigned territories.
  • Conduct approximately 25 pre-screen interviews per week.
  • Post and maintain job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, referral programs, networking, and creative recruiting methods.
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, availability, and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and operational leaders.
  • Extend offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Process new hire documentation and ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records within recruiting and HR systems.
  • Respond to candidate and employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Partner with leadership to anticipate staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies for upcoming projects and seasonal hiring demands.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office platforms
  • Strong customer service mentality when interacting with employees
  • Previous retail and/or HR experience preferred, but not required

Additional Info:

  • Pay: $20-21/hr.
  • Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm, Mon - Fri
  • Location: Brooklyn Park, MN - 100% in-office
  • Type: Contract (8 to 12 weeks)
